AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:

Auditions for Wind Ensemble Honors (all students):

1. Solo Excerpt - Something that shows your best playing skills. 

2. Scales: All 12 major scales & chromatic scale. They DO NOT need to be memorized. Click the scale sheet links below to download and print your scale sheet. You must use the scale sheets provided below. 

3. Sight-Reading.

Auditions for Symphonic Band (incoming 9th grade only):

1. Solo Excerpt  - Something that shows your best playing skills.

2. Scales: 6 major scales of your choice & chromatic scale. They DO NOT need to be memorized. Click the scale sheet links below to download and print your scale sheet. You Must use the scale sheets provided below.

3. Sight-Reading.

Auditions for Chamber Orchestra Honors (all students): 

1. Solo Excerpt - Something that shows your best playing skills. 

2. Scales: 4 scales as printed on scale sheets below (chromatic scale not required). You must use the scale sheets provided below.
